Neleski is founder and owner of NavyRackPacks, an American manufacturing company based in St. Marys, Georgia that provides heavy duty, blackout storage berthing curtains to servicemembers and the US Navy, Coast Guard and Army.
Spouse to retired Navy CPO Edward Neleski, Neleski created these curtains, in 2004, to solve the problem of too thin curtains that allowed light to shine into sleeping spaces. Neleski is a graduate of VWISE, NYC, and the grand pitch winner at the VWISE National Conference in San Antonio. Two of her former employees, Shani Mesa and Dakota Schofield, are also VWISE graduates.
Neleski has trained 12 military spouses to use industrial sewing machines and serves on the Camden County Georgia Employer’s Board. She is a graduate of Boots 2 Business, Patriot Boot Camp and is currently serving as a Special Delegate for the Military Entrepreneurs program at INC.com. Neleski also participated in DigiMilEx sponsored by USAA.
While her husband was still active duty, Neleski served four times as a Navy Family Ombudsman, a liaison between Navy spouses and the Navy chain of command.
